Brighton & Hove PSC, together with other groups and organisations in the city concerned with human rights and social justice, are campaigning to urge the City Council to adopt a policy of Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) of Israel, in response to the call from Palestinian civil society. This would be an important opportunity for the city to express its humanitarian values in a clear and constructive way.
As part of our campaign, Brighton & Hove Palestine Solidarity Campaign ask all people of conscience in the city to sign our petition. A good response to the petition would show that the policy would have wide support across the city and would strengthen the case we are making.
